The Mediterranean expanded its wings by opening the third campus to be made into the central campus of Mediterranean Bali, located at the heart of the City of Denpasar with a grandiose 4-storey building situated in the strategic area, on the main lane of Jl. Moh. Yamin no 9A Renon, Denpasar. It is referred to as the central campus because this Mediterranean Denpasar Campus is also projected as a pre-interview site for prospective applicants applying for Cruise Ship jobs and as a intensification site for applicants who have passed the final interview with users through the CTI Group Bali Agent. Two other no less luxurious Mediterranean Bali campuses are located in the City of Bangli and the City of Karangasem.
The Mediterranean Bali collaborates officially with the CTI Group Bali, the authorized agent for the Cruise Ships Carnival, Disney, Royal Caribbean, NCL and Costa, which has dispatched thousands of Indonesian workers to Cruise Ships since 1993. Under this collaboration, all alumni of the Mediterranean Bali shall automatically serve as the main database and shall be prioritized to be dispatched by the CTI Group Bali Agent to five largest and most luxurious cruise lines under its agency.
CTI Hospitality Fast-Track Training
Our fast-track Housekeeping or Culinary programs. In two months for Housekeeping or three months for Culinary, get the skills and knowledge cruise lines require.
All programs include a two-day interview skills seminar prior to your cruise line interview.
Preparing students for a shipboard career in the housekeeping profession, this interactive program combines the necessary hospitality English language skills with theoretical classroom and practical “hands on” skills sessions. Subjects include: History & Current State of the Fast-Paced, Ever Growing Cruise Industry; Occupational Safety; United States Public Health Procedures & Requirements; and Sensitivity When Interacting with Disabled Guests. Practical Skills sessions include: How to Properly Clean and Prepare Guests Staterooms; How to Properly Clean High Traffic Public Areas; Proper Use of Cleaning Chemicals and Equipment; and much more.
Employees with culinary skills and a passion for the culinary profession are in high demand in the cruise industry. This program prepares students for a successful shipboard culinary career. The interactive program combines the necessary hospitality English language skills with theoretical classroom and practical “hands on” prep and cooking sessions. Subjects include: History & Current State of the Fast-Paced, Ever Growing Cruise Industry; Occupational Safety; United States Public Health Procedures & Requirements; and Sensitivity When Interacting with Disabled Guests. Practical preparation and cooking sessions include: Knife Skills; Basic Meat Science; How to Prepare Stocks, Soups and Sauces; Working with and Preparing Starches; Working with Vegetables and Fruits; and much more.
Once completed, students have the necessary knowledge and skills to embark on a shipboard culinary career. Included in the program is a two-day interview skills seminar in which students are involved in mock interviews and are able to watch themselves on video to sharpen their interviewing skills.
