Provide a smooth and efficient pantry service to the bar areas. Load the glass washer safely and correctly, minimizing breakages and damage. Follow all working and cleaning routines and rotas and ensure the appearance and condition of all items including glasses, equipment and bottles meet the required standards.
When working within the staff bar area produce all beverages to the required company standards. Correctly enter billing into the relevant system in a timely manner and maintain par stock levels, undertaking stock takes and filling out internal requisitions as and when required
Keep the outlet and pantry areas neat and tidy at all times. Set up and clear down the outlet prior to and after service periods as instructed. Assist with the receipt of beverages and stores ensuring they are put away promptly and safely. Use and maintain all bar equipment correctly, following standard operating procedures and report any repairs required promptly.
Immediately respond to complaints and customer service issues, or report them to line manager, to ensure a speedy resolution
Behave in a polite and friendly manner with Guests and crew members at all times and in all areas of the ship
