J-1 / BridgeUSA Program Compliance
CTI Group Worldwide Services, Inc. is an authorised third-party sourcing partner, operating under written agreement with exchange visitor sponsors designated by the U.S. Department of State (22 CFR 62.22(g)). CTI does not issue visas, does not sponsor Forms DS-2019, and cannot guarantee placement. Visa decisions are made only by U.S. consular officers, and participants may be subject to the two-year home-country physical presence requirement under INA 212(e).
The designated sponsors CTI works with are Alliance Abroad Group, Inc., CIEE Inc. and Greenheart International dba Greenheart Exchange. The sponsor responsible for a placement is named in writing before any payment is made. Every designated sponsor can be verified on the U.S. Department of State list at j1visa.state.gov/sponsors.
The J-1 Exchange Visitor Program is cultural exchange training — it is not employment and not an immigration pathway.
Fraud warning: every fee CTI charges is itemised on the relevant programme page, as required by 22 CFR 62.10(a)(5). CTI never asks you to pay a private individual. If anyone requests a payment in CTI’s name that is not on the published list, do not pay — report it to compliance@cti-usa.com.
