Reports To: Maître D’ or Assistant Maitre’ D Specialty Restaurant
Job Summary: Supports the service of food and beverage in any of the assigned restaurant outlets, including Dining Room, Specialty restaurants, Lido Market or In Room Dining. While working between multiple outlets, ensures guests are consistently provided with courteous, prompt and efficient service according to company standards.
