Host Entertainment Lead
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Host activities/events while adhering to the brand procedures and quality expectations. This includes but is not limited to: Trivia, Game Night/Shows, Bingo, On Deck for a Cause, Dance to the Hits and sporting events.
- Lead the Behind the Scenes Tour.
- Manage and schedule all Hosts driving development and employee retention.
- Maintain inventory and ordering for all Entertainment activities supplies.
- Communicate any issues affecting activities and events to the Entertainment Director.
- Collaborate with the Media Manager for activity programming.
- Complete and maintain Child Safeguarding certification.
- Provide exceptional one-on-one customer service to guests while on the floor.
- Comply with Company’s health, safety, security, and environmental policies.
- Act as a brand ambassador adhering to the brand voice and vision.
- Display impeccable dress sense and appearance in the appropriate uniform.
- Serve as shipboard point of contact for Supplemental Staff.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
