Host activities/events while adhering to the brand procedures and quality expectations. This includes but is not limited to: Trivia, Game Night/Shows, Bingo, On Deck for a Cause, Dance to the Hits and sporting events.
Lead the Behind the Scenes Tour.
Manage and schedule all Hosts driving development and employee retention.
Maintain inventory and ordering for all Entertainment activities supplies.
Communicate any issues affecting activities and events to the Entertainment Director.
Collaborate with the Media Manager for activity programming.
Complete and maintain Child Safeguarding certification.
Provide exceptional one-on-one customer service to guests while on the floor.
Comply with Company’s health, safety, security, and environmental policies.
Act as a brand ambassador adhering to the brand voice and vision.
Display impeccable dress sense and appearance in the appropriate uniform.
Serve as shipboard point of contact for Supplemental Staff.
