Cruise and Travel Director
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Masterfully deliver informative and entertaining EXC Talks, Port to Table Demonstrations and Tech Talks.
- Effectively host signature events such as Captain’s Welcome Toast and Ask the Captain.
- Deliver engaging narration for specified scenic cruising.
- Shape the cruise experience arc and provide useful information on stage prior to performances.
- Host key guest functions as the brand’s ambassador.
- Actively engage with guest by providing exceptional one-on-one customer service while on the floor.
- Make concise, informative PA announcements.
- Display impeccable dress sense and appearance following Look Book guidelines for the role.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
- On R-class vessels, the Cruise & Travel Director will manage the Entertainment team in lieu of an Entertainment Director. This includes the oversight of the ship’s Performers and Presenters, and the assurance that the onboard Entertainment product is meeting the brand standards and quality expectations.
