Host Entertainment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Host activities/events for both kids and adults while adhering to the brand procedures and quality expectations. This includes but is not limited to: Trivia, Game Night/Shows, Bingo, Dance to the Hits, crafts, sporting events and youth
program activities. - Provide exceptional one-on-one customer service to guests of all ages while on the floor.
- Comply with Company’s health, safety, security, and environmental policies.
- Complete and maintain Child Safeguarding certification.
- Assist Host (Youth) in Club HAL as needed.
- Monitor and maintain the High Score facility.
- Ensure sporting areas are kept clean and tidy and supplied with quality equipment.
- Replace worn or damaged sporting equipment.
- Tidy and maintain book collections, games and puzzles.
- Be knowledgeable of all shipboard events and information in order to assist guests when needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador adhering to the brand voice and vision.
- Display impeccable dress sense and appearance in the appropriate uniform.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
