Manage the entertainment technical team, driving employee retention and promoting professional development.
Ensure World Stage compliance with Company policies as outlined in Global HESS.
Support and run the technical operations of the World Stage, including rehearsals, installations, and performances/presentations.
Operate automation.
Create the daily schedule for entertainment technical team.
Manage entertainment technical inventory by arranging purchasing and repairs as needed to maintain required stock levels.
Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the backstage areas and entertainment storage lockers.
Monitor the set-up and strike of stage settings.
Always follow checklists and guidelines to ensure optimal safety for Performers/Presenters, guests, and shipboard staff.
Coordinate any additional technical stage needs for charters and groups, as directed by the Entertainment Director.
Comply with all health, safety, security and environmental policies of the Company.
Display impeccable dress sense and appearance.
Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
On R-class vessels, the Production Stage Manager will aid in the management of the ship’s Performers, Presenters, Entertainment vendors, and Charters by providing schedules, coordinating embark/debark processes, and providing support and communications as needed.
